Gradient Magnetostatic Sensing Technology principles
Based on magnetostatics principles, ami’s technology consists of an array of tri-axis magnetic sensors measuring the magnetic field (the receiver unit) of at least one permanent magnet (the emitter unit).
Thanks to optimized and patented algorithms, these measurements calculate in real time the 3D position & orientation of the magnet (the emitter unit) with extreme accuracy.
Receiver Integration Variants
Enable electronics-free accessories (mouse, stylus, dial, real pen, real pencil, brush…) as well as spatial interactions whether on, around or above the surface. Create virtual buttons (e.g. color picker, virtual camera, torchlight in-air …).
